Expo City Dubai has launched an exciting opportunity with freehold land plots now on sale as part of its Expo Valley residential project. These plots are open to Emiratis, expatriates, and international investors alike. Plot sizes range from 7,500 to 12,500 square feet, with buyers having the option to combine plots to suit their specific needs. Prices for these prime plots start at Dh11 million, varying based on location, size, and elevation.
The Expo Valley project is expected to witness the handover of properties by the second quarter of 2025. Early 2026 marks the anticipated move-in date for its first residents. This master-planned residential area will feature 532 units comprising villas, townhouses, and semi-detached homes.
To ensure a hassle-free buying experience, Expo City Dubai will oversee the purchase process, adhering to standard off-plan procedures. Buyers will be required to submit necessary documents, pay a deposit, and cover Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees. Once completed, a Sales and Purchase Agreement will be issued and registered.
Post-purchase, buyers will receive guidance regarding design and construction rules, followed by selecting their own consultants and contractors to develop their homes.
Expo Valley offers more than residential convenience. This gated community promises a unique living experience with a nature reserve, a serene lake, and a picturesque wadi as its highlights. Buyers will appreciate the ability to design bespoke homes of up to 10,656 square feet in gross floor area, including G+2 levels based on their preferences. Most plots, set in single rows, directly overlook the wadi, enhancing the scenic appeal.
Known as one of the UAE’s greenest communities, Expo Valley dedicates 60% of its neighborhood to lush green spaces. This eco-friendly vision aligns with the project’s commitment to a sustainable, harmonious living environment.
To ensure timely delivery of the project, Expo City Dubai has awarded four development contracts, three of which went to UAE-based firms. This step underlines the commitment to shaping a high-quality residential destination at the legacy site of Expo 2020 Dubai.
